Any way to change the screen recording file format from MOV to MP4? I use the screen recording extensively to share videos with my company via Hipchat, and for uploading to trouble tickets in JIRA, but neither platform support playing MOV files natively or in-line. Coworkers are forced to download the MOV files to view them, or I'm forced to covert the MOV to MP4 prior to sharing.
Hi, recording tools currently don't have possibility to change output format. You can use Convert Video tool from Parallels Toolbox to convert the video into mp4 format.
That is what I am currently doing. However it would save me several steps and a great deal of time if I could simply select MP4 as the initial format.
