Cannot move license from one mac to another

Hello!

Attempting to move my Parallels 11 license from one laptop to another (decommissioning old laptop) and I can't seem to activate as it keeps complaining about the license being in use, even after signout and uninstall from old laptop. Please advise?

Hello EdisonT1, We have reset the Parallels Desktop license key. kindly try to activate it. If the issue still persists, please execute the following command with Terminal < prlsrvctl activate-license-online >.
