I'm trying to download Parallels Toolbox and I get "Unable to Download the Parallels Toolbox Installation Files" Check your Network Connection message. So I log into my account to download it from the website and when I do re download it, It's asking me to either buy or get a 7 day free trial. I used to be able to download Toolbox straight from my Parallels Application and It came with it. What happened? Im already logged into my account in the Application so I'm not sure how to go about using it anymore.
