I just updated from the previous osx to Mojave 10.14.3. I have Parallels Version 12.2.1 (41615), with Windows 10 that was working perfectly yesterday before the update to Mojave this morning.
When I open Parallels, my windows vm gets into a loop of errors:
1. Unable to access the virtual hard disk. Please make sure that there is at least 10 MB of free space on your Mac's hard disk, and you have enough rights to access the virtual hard disk.
2. Unable to connect Hard Disk 0. A file or device required for the operation of Hard Disk 0 does not exist or is used by another process, or you have no permission to access it. The virtual machine will continue running, but the device will be disconnected.
3. The virtual machine xxx was restarted. The virtual machine processor was reset by operating system.
If i try to create a new bootcamp vm I also get an error:
1. Failed to configure the Boot Camp partition's hard disk. A disk configuration error has occurred. Make sure that you have read/write permissions for the disk.
Error: PRL_ERR_DISK_FILE_OPEN_ERROR (0x80021014)
Path: '/Users/jarvis/Parallels/Bootcamp.pvm/APPLE SSD AP1024J (disk0).hdd'
In another post i saw to check permissions here is what i got:
MacBook-Pro

arallels jarvis$ ls -Rl ~/Parallels/*.pvm/*.hdd
total 104
-rw-rw-rw- 1 jarvis staff 0 Jan 31 17:53 APPLE SSD AP1024J (disk0).hdd
-rw-r--r-- 1 jarvis staff 2915 Feb 23 15:12 DiskDescriptor.xml
-rw-r--r-- 1 jarvis staff 2915 Feb 23 15:10 DiskDescriptor.xml.Backup
-rw-r--r-- 1 jarvis staff 20480 Jan 31 17:53 PhysicalGpt.hds
-rw-r--r-- 1 jarvis staff 20480 Jan 31 17:53 PhysicalGptCopy.hds
-rw-r--r-- 1 jarvis staff 4096 Jan 31 17:53 PhysicalMbr.hds
MacBook-Pro

arallels jarvis$ ls -Rld ~/Parallels/*.pvm/*.hdd
drwxr-xr-x@ 8 jarvis staff 256 Feb 23 15:12 /Users/jarvis/Parallels/xxx.pvm/APPLE SSD AP1024J (disk0).hdd
What can I do to fix this? Any help would be much appreciated, hopefully its a simple permissions thing?
