cant connect hard disk

Windows 7 stopped running. Screenshot with an error in the attachment. I tried to disable the boot source and restart the parallels. It did not help.

. Before the appearance of the error, the virtual machine was paused. I turned on Windows 10 and then turned it off. And when I removed the pause on Windows 7, I got an error.
