Installed Windows 10 CAC won't work

I bought parallels and set up my CAC and reader to work with the trial Windows 10 that came with Parallels. I purchased Windows 10 and installed it, deleted the trial version of Windows 10, and now it cannot read my CAC reader. I have tried installing drivers. Any suggestions?

And did you try to reinstall Parallels Tools?

I don't know if I have the Parallels key that I purchased. I want to start from scratch to try to get it to work again, but I can't find the key.
