Unable to enter Coherence in Ver 12

In 2017 Bought a MacBook Pro and had a computer company install Paralells Ver 12 and Windows 7. Everything seamed to work ok until about 3 Months ago. Carried it back to them and they said they no longer support apple products. I have worked with it and I am able to operate either Windows or Apple but not together and it crashes often. Where can I find some help? Thanks for your time.
 
Hi, if you have issue with the coherence view mode, please try to reinstall Parallels Tools and check the issue.
If you VM crash, please let us know the details of this issue, may be it started after upgrade?
 
I do not have a CD, I have a Key Code KDP19A-xxxxxx-xxx....., But I don't have who it is Registered to. the company who installed it claims it was my name. But I can't make that work. John Calvin Cassady. Thanks for your help.

I found the original Parallels Software in the download file but it was the whole package. I clicked on the windows setup file to what it was and that fixed for now the Parallels - Coherence problem.
Question - Where do I add a printer, on the window side or Apple side?

You can connect your printer to Mac and then add it to your Parallels Desktop virtual machine.

Thanks on the information about the printers.
I have lost my access to coherence again. It seams Apple is running ok but Windows is not runing until I click for a windows software such as excel, then windows starts and I can run all windows software but Apple is blocked until I shut down windows. Thanks for your help
 
I did isolate the VM from Mac. But first, before I did, I would start up the Mac, it appear to be in Apple and Apple programs worked fine. Then I would click on windows programs and and windows would startup and then the selected program would work fine. but to get back to Apple, I had shut down windows or same with Apple. When I went to Parllels Security and clicked isolate "Windows from Mac". Closed out and went to windows and started Outlook, Outlook came up but was requesting some icloud files. Seamed to work with out except for contacts they could not be accessed from icloud. Also something was looking for icloud photos. Went back and unisolated windows from Mac and it is now back to the way I was operating.
Is there anyway we can speed this up. I need to get this resolved. Thanks for your help.
