I recently updated a VM running Fedora Server 29 using DNF. Then I tried to upgrade Parallels Tools for this VM. But failed. I captured the log file as prompted. The file is located at /var/log/parallels-tools-install.log. I reviewed the file. There seems to be something incompatible between Parallels Tools and the new Fedora update, but I'm not sure - there could be other reasons too. I am not sure what to do at this stage. Should I wait for PD 15 this fall? ;)

By the way, I am running the latest versions of all software:
    • Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac, Pro Edition, Version 14.1.3 (45485)
    • macOS Mojave, Version 10.14.4 (18E226)
    • Linux my-fedora-server.shared 5.0.5-200.fc29.x86_64

The log file parallels-tools-install.log is uploaded as an attachment.

Thanks for the link! It turned out to be quite easy to solve. I was able to fix it faster than a coffee break.
