Catalina Beta can't access desktop

I used parallels on Mojave without any problems. After upgrading to Catalina Dev beta 5 parallels can't access my Macs folders anymore. I tried everything I found on the internet like reinstalling parallels tools. Is this just a bug which will be patched in the future or is there a workaround?

I managed to track down the problem. A workaround is if you disable iCloud on your Mac. But if you reenable iCloud what I of course want to do it does not work again.
