Help - when trying to load Windows 10 I am getting some MS-DOS type screen!

Im not at all sure what I did wrong but now I cannot get past this, so cannot even install Windows 10 on the machine for this to use. IO have tried deleting and re-installing but it keeps returning to the same option! Ah! I'm on Mac.
