sharing files between mac and VM mac

I run 2 VMs on parallel desktop 14/15: one VM Windows and one VM with an older mac OS version. The Windows machine can access my mac files, however the mac machine doesn't see the disk. Anyone can tell me why and how to see also the mac files (Sierra) on VM mac (El Capitan). I enabled sharing on both VMs, but mac VM is not showing the Sierre disk. Thxs
