Migrated to new Macbook, need to activate

I have a current 14 license. I followed the procedure to get the system online but keep running into "This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again." after hitting "Activate on this Mac".

I followed procedure to sign out and uninstall from old Macbook, no success.
