Window 10 Boots and Immediately Shuts Down

Just lately on my 2018 Macbook Pro running Mojave after a computer reboot, Windows 10 starts up and immediately shuts down. The second time it starts normally. This is after every computer reboot. Windows 10 is shut down prior to the reboot. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi Rich, try to follow these steps and check:
1) Start Windows.
2) Open Control Panel > Power Options
3) Change what Power Buttons do
4) Change settings that are currently unavailable.
5) Disable 'Turn On Fast Startup' and save changes.
6) Restart Windows and check.
