just bought a license for Parallel desktop Home addition but when trying to activate it i'm getting this error: " The license server rejects it". Installed Parallel 12 cause 15 is not supported on my IMAC. The OS of the mac is El Capitan 10.11.6.
Not that i know? I used 8 days trail version of Parallel 12 and then bought the license through the link on the trail version. Can it be that i received Parallel 15 key instead of parallel 12? if its the case? can you adjust it for Parallel 12 and mail us the right key?
We currently sell only Parallels Desktop 15 permanent keys and subscriptions. You can get a refund for permanent key and purchase Standard subscription then try to use it with Parallels Desktop 12.
