permenant license individual parallels toolbox

Dear sir, madame
In purchesed with parallels 13 2 licenses both indefinate 1 for toolbox and one for parallels 13. This means in my vision i should be able to activate my toolbox license witch is a seperate one from the parallels 13. Please help me in order to get my toolbox activated.

Hi, you can download previous version of Parallels Toolbox and activate it with your Parallels Desktop 13 license key.
Also, I've found at your account Parallels Desktop 15 permanent license, please note that you will get only 3-month Parallels Toolbox bonus subscription
