Upgrade eligibility for past Parallels versions

Hi,

I used to be licensed for Parallels (version 11 or 12), and the machine I had Parallels was stolen (13" MacBook Pro) a couple of years back. Until recently, I have not had a Mac, but recently bought a used MacBook Air 11", i7/8GB/512GB. I am looking to get Parallels again for use on the MacBook Air. Is this a new license purchase, or is it an upgrade purchase? I have requested an account license summary, and it says I have 4 expired licnese and one expired subscription.
The email used to license Parallels in the past is the same as the account I am writing this from (kk********@gmail.com).

Hi, I've checked your account and found 1 license key, you can purchase the upgrade version and activate it with new key and use your previous key as a confirmation one.
