I have had no luck recording the top menu bar on my screen when using the tool mentioned above (I made sure I used the full screen option, not the window one). In this respect, either rename the tool "menu-less screen" or correct this problem. This is not very useful as such to record a demonstration of how a Mac program works. As a note, I am using two screens, but I am not interested in the one without menu.
Hello, some questions about your problem: - are you trying to record main screen or secondary? - does program on screen in Full Screen mode or not? - Please try 'Record Area' tool instead of 'Record Screen' and select entire screen as area to be recorded. Is the result the same?
