    Hi,

I'm trying to delete a file from Parallels 15 Windows 10 Pro OS and every time I try to delete anything I receive the error "Can't read from source or disk".

I rebooted Windows 10, then restarted Parallels, then rebooted my iMac, each time this did not help.

If anyone has any suggestions this would be helpful, and appreciated.

    :)

After installing a macOS Catalina update somehow the issue was resolved.

  3. Hi, I'm glad to know the issue was resolved after installing macOS Catalina. However, you can refer to this article to remove a virtual machine https://kb.parallels.com/5029 .

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply.

Just out of curiosity, why would I want to remove the VM?

I had a lot of things setup on the Windows 10 VM and was looking for a solution.

As I'm not overly experienced with VM's, is it common to have to remove them when encountering errors?
