I keep getting the error "Windows cannot access \\Mac\Home\Desktop error". as described in this link https://kb.parallels.com/en/4841 . When I try to reinstall Parallels Tools, the button is grey and unselectable. Should I follow the intrusions to uninstall them through the windows VM and then reinstall, or is something else the problem?
After opening my terminal to see if I could continue the next steps without reinstalling Parallels Tools, I found that my terminal did not seem to match the one in the instructions. Specifically referencing the 3rd step under resolution, my terminal does not have the highlighted text in the example terminal. Is this an issue that. would be fixed with uninstalling, the reinstalling, Parallels Tools?
