Moving from work to home account

Hi

I used to get on to my father's machine from work. I no longer have access to that and have bought Parallels Access in my own right. I have two questions.

1 Why doesn't my purchase show in my account (the invoice number is 210002639).

2 How do I connect with my father's machine. He has the software installed, obviously, but I'm not clear how I get through to him.

Hi, I've checked your account and everything is OK with your subscription.
Did you try this KB article in order to add new computer at your Parallels Access app?
