    Hi,

    My credi card had an auto pmt on March 26 (SEQ# 9971182142) for a product that I no longer use. Please cancel the subscription and issue a refund.

    While you're at it, cancel and refund mine as well. You offer ZERO ways to actually manage subscriptions, and yet still are somehow capable of removing money from my account. Where tf is the accountability? Why can I not actually get in touch with ANY customer service reps? If you blame that on coronavirus so help me god... Well then, don't you think taking money from unsuspecting people's accounts during such a thing is a pretty shitty thing to do?

    No, I can't. That's my entire gripe - there is ZERO information on my account regarding ANY subscription - and your site just takes me in circles back and forth between the home screen and the "Support" screen. Stop attempting to gaslight me making this seem like it's my fault.

    Here. Any idea how to reach subscriptions when you guys literally DO NOT give me the option to check my products? This is highway robbery.

    Encountered the same issues, frustrating to say the least. Wish you all the success that Cleverbridge will take care of your request.

    My credit card had an auto payment on March 16 (cleverbridge reference #: 2150***) for this product that didn't work for me and I no longer use. I would like to cancel the subscription and receive a refund.
