So following the Win10-1909 update users started complaining that tools would fail to update. Normally not much of an issue - you ignore it and run the update once parallels patch the bug However upon rebooting the vm looses all of the tools functionality, which makes the workstation unusable in our environment. Ive built 3 vanilla MacOS test machines with Parallels and Win10. All broken. Support were useless and i cannot find any bug reports. Anyone have any ideas? Ive got a lot of very angry users and am being pressured to move to vmware
Hello, could you please share Parallels Desktop and macOS versions with us? Also please share with us a bit more details about the error, that you've got. Did the issue appear after the Parallels Tools installation?
