My 2009 iMac 27", High Sierra (10.13.6) has been in turmoil lately with an update to a 1TB SSD and increase to 20GB RAM.
I got everything running again but on running Win7 Pro in PD13, decided to make the most of the update. I found that MS offered a free upgrade to Win10 Pro. All seemed well, but the windows screen is a maximum of 1920 x 1200, in full-size it's limited with black bands at the sides. Have looked at its drivers, using a Microsoft Generic.
Any advice would be most welcome

kat, thanks for your response. This may well be my problem. Upon looking at the Actions menu for Parallel Tools, it shows 'Uninstall', but is greyed out,
I downloaded ParallelTools 3.9.0 but once loaded, it doesn't recognise my original disk key which dates back to PD8. Wondering whether this version (3.9.0) goes with PD14/15??

You cannot use the latest ParallelsToolbox with old Parallels Desktop key.
