Unable to activate parallels 11 on new MAC. Old Mac is dead

I get this error when trying to activate on my new mac.

This license is already in use. How would you like to activate Parallels Desktop on this Mac?
You can either use the license with Parallels Desktop on this Mac, automatically deactivating the license on the other Mac. Or you can purchase a new license.

You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license.

My old mac is dead and can no longer log out. What can i do?

We have made changes to the activation key. Try activating again and check.
 
I am attempting to move my copy of parallels 11 to a new system and keep getting "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key" even after following the move instructions and logging out of the key from my old system.
 
i have the same issue. my Parallels 11 is also installed to a new mac with that massage.
Is it posssible to do the same necessary changes for me??
 
Hello, I have this problem too using parallels 12. I reformatted my old MacBook without de-authorising it and now get the message 'unable to perform the operation. license in use on another Parallels account', when trying to 'activate on this computer.' Can you reset my activation key please.

Hi @ScottV3, we have reset the license key limit. Please restart Parallels Desktop to reactivate the same key. Thanks!
 
I have parallels 11 and I tried several times to reactivate my license and it will not activate. My old Mac is dead and it's replaced, I do have a copy of my pvm file. How can I get this activated.

We have reset the activation key. Try to activate now and check.
 
Hi, I recently did a fresh install of macOS and tried to activate Parallels Desktop 11 on the new installation but I'm getting the I've reached the maximum number of activations available for my activation key. I've got 2 parallels 11 license keys. Please help
