Why Parallels pop-up in Chinese?

My wife's Mac is running Mojave w/P-12 and she hasn't had a problem doing so. Today she got this pop-up message. I suspect it's saying (asking?) to upgrade to P-15, her concern is that it's not in English. Her concern is that her computer is hacked/has malware/etc.

Anybody know what this is about? Thanks.

Hello, are you using the Chinese version of Parallels Desktop? If you're not sure we can check it from our side. Please provide us with the Parallels Account email address via the private message and we will check it for you.

She can't find her email confirmation where she registered her P-10, but not her P-12. Here is a screenshot of her upgrade purchase from P-10 to P-12. I'll PM you the image without edits that will show her email address and any other info you may need. Thanks.

Where/how do I send a private message? I have searched this page, my profile, your profile and Googled "how to send a private message parallels forum" with no success.

Hi, I got the same popup in chinese, I purchased this license from parallels.com USA. Could you please explained what happened?
