Keyboard Issue - New Install

    So just download Parallels and installed Windows 10 and I have installed Parallel tools. But for some reason when I am in Windows the 1, 2, T, Y keys don't work. I am completely lost and can't find anything on this specific of an issue. Any thoughts?

    I have the exact same problem, 1, 2, T, Y do not work in parallels but function OK in MacOS, any solution to this? I tried the KB article to no avail. Parallels 15 and windows 10

    Just a note, the windows virtual keyboard works just fine.

    Works good also if you have an external numeric keypad
