Unable to upload Mojave os to parallel vm

Okay Hi all, I am trying to create a parallels vm that runs Mojave os so I can run a 32-bit app that I use regularly. I have a iMac that has a Catalina os. In the process of creating my vm I ran into my problem when I got to the point where I upload the Mojave os to the virtual machine. As the screenshot below prompted me I ran migration assistance to transfer Mojave os to the vm. But when I come back to the screenshot page after logging back into my user I can no longer access the vm's screen to move along in the uploading an os process. The curser just disappears when ever I drag it across the page. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this problem

Hello, what is your Parallels Desktop version?
Could you also please collect the tech report once the issue reproduced and post the report's ID here?
