Parallels 14 for Mac - Limit Reached - Help!!

Dear support,

I'm trying to install Parallels 14 on my new Mac (Catalina) but I'm being told I've reached the activation limit. I don't have access to my old Macs (reset + sold) and I also don't get the button to "Activate on this Mac" like I used to do. Why?

Can you reset my account to reflect my situation please?
