After install parallels toolbox (16.0.0) running an app with registered protocol doesn't work

Hi,
I have problems running and app with registered protocol
This in parallels 15, with parallels toolbox reinstalled is working, when I install parallels 16.0 is also working, but when I install parallels toolbox (16.0) it doesnt works.
What it can be?

Hello, we doesn't have Parallels Toolbox 16.0 version.. Did you mean Parallels Desktop?

I will try to explain me better:
I use an application that can works with URI protocol, like, for example, slack (slack://). More info: this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_URI_schemes
In parallels 15 is working, you can run "slack://" and the app launches, but in parallels 16 (after install parallel toolbox) no, it says "Application not found"

Okey, I have more info.
I use Windows 10 with all windows updates in Parallels 16
If I uninstall Parallel Toolbox, all protocols are working, like: slack:// or spotify://
But with Parallells Toolbox installed
