Unable to activate Parallels 11 Desktop on new computer

    I am unable to activate Parallels 11 on a new computer though I followed the steps in https://kb.parallels.com/123461 meticulously. Though unsigning from the account on the other machine, the new attempt to activate only yielded in "You have reached maximum number of activations". Could you please reset the activation count?
