Windows 10 Product key is not accepted

I bought and downloaded Parallels Desktop 16 on my iMac Catalina 10.15 and bought in a store Windows 10 on DVD. During the download of Parallels we continued to download Windows (it was offerd by the Parallels download process) - so we did not use the DVD. At the end of the dwonload we should enter the Windows 10 Product Key, and we entered the key from the DVD package I had bought, but the system did not accept it "wrong Key" Error: 0xC004F213.
Windows does not identify the key as an original key. I wonder it it comes because we did not use the DVD?
Would it be possible to download Windows a second time via the DVD, although it is already downloaded?

Yes, the edition installed and the key you have for does not match. Yes, you can create a new VM using the DVD.
