Can't install my parallels new version

Hi, I just bought the pro version for my mac, but when I want to activate it I ask for the code of the previous version, but the previous version was the free trial. Someone knows where I can see the code of that test? doesn't let me install what I bought because I need the previous key

Hi, if you didn't use Parallels Desktop before (full version, not a trial) you need to purchase full license key (not an upgrade).
In this case we can provide you with a refund for your upgrade and then purchase new license on parallels.com.
If you would like to get a refund please provide us with the purchase order number.
