This license has reached its activation limit

I recently got a new Mac and installed Parallels 16. When attempting to activate it, I used my license key but it says, "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies." it would ask me if I wanted to disable the license on the old computer and activate it on the current computer. That prompt does not show up this time, instead saying I can't activate my license. I do not have access to my old iMac. What do I do?

We have reset your activation key. You can try to activate Parallels Desktop again and check.
 
Hi! I just tried and I still get the same error message. Did you reset the key that starts on Y and ends on 3?
