Kernel Panic with external monitor!

Bit poster
Running latest version of mac, Big Sur. Newest iMac 2020. When I run parallels with my Win 10 machine, if I attach my secondary monitor after a few minutes I'll get a KERNEL PANIC and my system shuts down. I've tried multiple cables AND monitors. It ONLY happens when running Parallels. Any suggestions/ideas? This happened with the previous version of Mac OS too.

The kernel panic happened. Right after I rebooted I opened up parallels and took the report. The kernel panic ONLY happens when I use parallels and my second monitor.

Did you check this issue with Apple HV?
