I'm running on the preview version with a Silicon MAC but cannot install parallel tools on the Guest OS, as the version is clearly not working with ARM. I find I cannot do things like copy and paste from host to guest nor seem to share folders. How to solve this??

Same here - any luck figuring out why Parallels Tools will not install on Ubuntu 21.10 ARM? Install-gui show progress up to approximately 49% and then fails. Have not dug into logs - doing that now - was just hoping to find a solution first.

Only way I've been able to do it is to upgrade a preinstalled version from 20.04. I know some have made kernel patches for later versions.

Considering 20.04 is LTS we may never see support beyond it till 22.04.

Ok, thanks to (GalaxyMaster)'s patch and DerekE2's instructions, I was able to reinstall Parallels Tools just fine. Not at all impressed with Parallels though: the community shouldn't have to patch a paid-for product like Parallels. Thanks to (GalaxyMaster) and DerekE2 for your indirect help though. Much appreciated!
