Is it still possible to upgrade Desktop 8?

Hi, I have Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac license and was previous upgrade to Desktop 9. Both are expired. And in the dashboard, it is noted that they are legacy license. Can I still enjoy the upgrade price?
 
Is it still possible for me to upgrade my Desktop 8 to Parallels Desktop Pro Edition? Or I can only upgrade to Parallels Desktop 16 for Mac?
