Parallels 16.1.3 will not start windows 10 after update to Bi Sur 11.2.2

Hi,
i have an Mac Book Pro (Intel) and after the Update to Big Sur, Windows 10 will not start.
The wheel is turning and turning and nothing happen.

Any Idea?

Hi, did you try to reset your virtual machine?

If it doesn't help please collect the tech report and provide us with the report's ID number.

Hey. I also can't start Windows since yesterday. What I have found is, that I don't have access to start windows.pvm;...
My reports ID number 366199688;
When I install Windows from top it works fine, but then all of my data are gone. I do have a backup, but it is impossible to install. I have tried for hours. I need access to my client data. :-/
