Will there be a Tech Guarantee this year as in previous years where by buying version 16 during August/September you get a free upgrade to version 17?

I bought 16 May 27th...only to have a brand new version come out a little over 2 months later...guess I'll have to skip a couple versions and wait until September to buy anything from Parallels again.
