Cannot see files and folder in Window desktop, also cannot drag and drop

Morning guys,

Just install Parallels 17 for Mac, currently have 2 questions

1. Can't see those files and folder in Windows desktop (but can see in Mac desktop), pictures as enclosed, so what can I do ?

2. Can't drag and drop files between Mac and Windows.

My Mac OS is Big Sur. Thanks for your helps !

Did you reinstall Parallels Tools without any issues and restart your windows virtual machine after that?

Please collect the technical report once the issue reproduced and post the report's ID here
