Getting "your subscription has expired" with ACTIVE subscription

    I am getting this message when trying to start paralelles: "your subscription has expired". It asks me to renew and shows my subscription as active. (valid un il 11/27/2021). See screenshots. Any ideas how to fix?

    Extemely annoying. And worse when i sent it detailed email with screenshot and got a lame, utterly useless link to a KB article sowing how to see my subscription status. Dah! its actove, just want this to work.

    Hello @FernandaB, If the subscription is expired, you need to renew it. If you have a valid subscription, you need to choose the license in the accounts and license. As mentioned in this KB article: https://kb.parallels.com/124225 . If you are unable to renew the subscription you can purchase an upgrade license from our website and activate it under the same account. Thanks, McAllen.
