The safe startup feature prevents the operating system from booting

I installed PD17 trial for my iMac(M1 version), and installed Win10(arm64 version) into the virtual machine. When I tried to start Windows10, a pop-up said: "Safe start feature prevents operating system from starting", and Windows 10 terminated.
The popup details that "the secure startup feature detects unauthorized changes to firmware, operating system, or UEFI drivers. To manage secure startup Settings, select VM Configuration Settings, click Hardware, and expand Advanced Settings."
I tried to follow the instruction, but failed to find "Secure Startup Settings" in the "VM Configuration Settings - Hardware - Advanced Settings".
