This is an ongoing issue that I have with parallels, even though we pay so much for the subscription there is no working customer care to help resolve all the issues that come from Parallels bugs. Each time they make you wait for two days for the answer to any of your concerns and by this time you wasted the entire day to resolve the issue on your own, shifting all your deadlines, and looking for alternative products.
