Change email associated to account

Why is it so hard to reach out to someone at Parallels do something so simple as an email address change?

I need to change the email address associated with my account. I used one of those alias emails Apple creates for you thinking all mail would be forwarded to my personal address.

I have already "messaged" Parallels via Facebook which I hate, and got no response which brings me here.
