Help: How could I activate my parallels on my new M1 Mac?

Hi:

I brought a new Mac book(M1), the old Mac book already activate the parallels (15) and upgrade to 16. When I try to activate it on my new M1 Mac , provide the upgrade key and the previous version key, it told me: The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server.

How could I solve the problem? The key is exactly the same as it list in my product information on my account.

Click on the Parallels Desktop menu, and select Account & License. In the activation window, click on your email account address and select Sign Out. Now you activate the license on your new Mac.
