Change Account Email when old email is no longer available

G'day Folks,
trying to activate license on new hardware (old hardware is retired). I am unable to log into Mac Desktop Pro from the app (goes to https://desktop.parallels.com/ ) so I tried logging in via the web. This I can do, but it does not show my subscriptions.
Original subscriptions were under a different email address that is no longer used, and I don't have access to it - corporate domain changed when company was acquired (and I don't recall the password). I have a new Parallels account with current corporate email, but how can I now link existing licenses to the new email in the new domain?
I can provide old account email, new account email, set of license strings for the 3x Mac Desktop Pro licenses, if someone can make the change on the backend.
Regards,
_Scott

Hello @ScottR20, could you please provide us the license key, old email address, new email address via private message, please?
I have no option to provide a private message - only a response here in the Forum (where we have been advised not to provide personal email or license keys).
The Conversations inbox does not give me any option to respond to an existing conversation or start a new one.

Also - I am getting conflicting messages from Parallels products...
I got access to the old hardware - when I log into the old hardware, I can see that the account being used is my current one, and the License is activated under that account.
When I try to login to Parallels Desktop Pro on the new machine however, I get the "Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, follow <this link> to register your copy of Parallels Desktop." Which if I follow, allows me to log into this site - but the splash page on home does not give me the option to "View My Parallels Products" - this option is greyed out (yet the other 5 are active).
It's almost like there is some permissions issue going on on the Parallels side - why can't I login from Desktop Pro App on Mac? Why can't I see my Product Subscriptions on Parallels.com on the home splash page? Why can't I reply on a Conversation in the Forum? Why can't I create a new Conversation on the Forum?
