License Key Associated with Another Parallels Account

Hello,

I factory reset my MacBook and when logging in to my account and entering the license key, I get the error License Key associated with another parallels account. Looking back at my email confirmations and receipts, my license key should be associated to my email AND it is active until March 2022. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?
