Deactivation of old unused Toolbox license

How could I deactivate an old (once used but currently unused) toolbox license?
I like to use an old Parallels 12 on an old macbook. The parallels12 license is now active (was deactived before) but the toolbox license is listed as activ and I could not activate the tollbox.
@ParallelsSupport: How could I deactivate this license so that I could activate it again? Any help?

Great idea, if you have access to to previous installation, which I haven't got anymore :-O
Other Ideas?
So please @parallels: just set all my licenses to inactive ) - Wonder why I could not do it with my paralles account by myself.
