"Nested Virtualization" option missing

"Nested Virtualization" option missing
Parallels Desktop for Mac version 17.1.1 running on Intel Macmini8,1. Host OS is macOS 12.1 (21C52)
No matter the VM OS or chose of Apple/Parallels Hypervisor, I see no checkbox for "Nested Virtualization"
What gives?

 

Hi, which Edition of Parallels Desktop you are using? Is it Standard or Pro?

Just so... their is no checkbox for "nested virtualization" as described in https://kb.parallels.com/en/125195:
