I am a dentist and I run my Windows based digital X-ray program on a Mac using an older version of Parallels. One of my computers stopped allowing X-rays to be taken. The digital X-ray support folks told me it is a problem with Parallels and they don't support their system when it's being run on a virtual machine. I pay annually for Parallels support and used to be able to call a number and get a ticket number to have a support tech remote onto my computers and help me when issues like this have occurred. It like " pulling teeth" to try and figure out how to get in contact with a support person to help me. Can anyone tell me how to go about getting help. BTW. We only use these Mac computers for these X-rays, nothing else. None of the programs and the computers themselves have ever been upgraded and should not need to be upgraded because they are dedicated to this one function. So this problem isn't being caused by out dated software not being able to run on an upgraded computer.
