    What is going on? Parallels is constantly crashing.

    new problem

    Ok I downloaded what you suggested, and now XP reguarly becomes unresponsive instead of crashing, although I just got this message.

    Build 5158 was more much stable in my opinion than any of the other 516x builds. Maybe Parallels will provide you with this build to download. It never once crashed or became unresponsive on me.

    Hello,

    gdaniels,
    thank you for your feedback. Our developers are already working to make this problem solved in future updates.
    Meanwhile you can try to disable sound in Parallels; it might help.
